Prohibition of Harassment, Threats, Intimidation and Bullying

TrinityPrep is committed to a safe and civil educational environment for all students, employees, volunteers, and patrons, free from harassment, threats, intimidation or bullying. “Harassment, intimidation, or bullying” includes any intentional written, verbal, or physical act, when the intentional written, verbal, or physical act:

  • Physically harms a student or damages the student’s property; or

  • Has the effect of substantially interfering with a student’s education; or

  • Is persistent, pervasive, or severe so that it creates an intimidating or threatening educational environment; or

  • Has the effect of substantially disrupting the orderly operational routine of the classroom and/or school.

A student who threatens to harm themselves or others must be treated seriously. The parent will be asked to pick up the student. The student can return to school upon completing an evaluation and the school receiving a letter that the student is safe to himself and others.
