Every Trinity Prep student receives a school Google Workspace account that connects all the tools they use daily in a single environment:
Gmail — School Email
Each student has a school Gmail account used to communicate with teachers, receive important announcements, and stay connected with the school community. Students can access it at mail.google.com. If your child needs help accessing their account, contact the school office and we'll assist you right away.
Google Classroom — One per Course
Every class your student takes has its own dedicated Google Classroom. This is where teachers post assignments, instructions, grades, and feedback. Students can access all their classrooms through classroom.google.com using their school account.
Google Drive — Class Files & Documents
Each course's Google Classroom is linked to a Google Drive folder where all class materials, documents, presentations, and student work are stored and organized. Students can access, edit, and submit their work from any device at drive.google.com.
Online Classes — When Needed
Because all class materials, assignments, and communication already live in Google Workspace, Trinity Prep can seamlessly transition to online learning whenever needed. Students can attend virtual sessions, submit work, and stay fully connected to their classes without interruption.
💡 Tip for parents: Ask your child to show you their Google Classroom — it's a great way to stay informed about what each course is working on each week.
